• Kitchen: Sanitize and scrub counters, sinks and back splashes & cabinets. Clean interior and exterior of stove, oven, refrigerator and microwave.
• Bathrooms: Clean, disinfect and deodorize showers, bathtubs, sinks toilets and vanities, remove minor cases of mold and calcium deposits.
• Hallways: Vacuum or wash floors; wipedown baseboards, remove fingerprints from door frames and switch plates.
• Outdoors: Sweep or spray down concrete walkways, garage, patios and entrances. Yard and lawn care available.

General Housekeeping:

• All rooms: Floors: swept and mopped or vacuumed; light dusting; removal of trash, dishes, etc.
• Kitchen: Sanitize and scrub counters, sinks and back splashes. Clean exterior of stove, oven and refrigerator; interior/exterior of microwave. Run Dishwasher. Take out trash.
• Bathrooms: Clean, disinfect and deodorize showers, bathtubs, sinks and toilets. Take out trash.
• Bedrooms: Make beds and/or wash linens (if removed). General clean-up.

Commercial:

• Lobby: Clean entrances, lobbies and mats. Clean glass door entrances, empty and clean waste receptacles.
• Offices: Vacuum and spot clean carpeted areas. Sweep and/or dust mop office floors. Dust chairs, desks, tables, filing cabinets, computers, office machines and other furniture. Clean and sanatize telephones.  Dust surfaces within reach. Empty and clean waste receptacles and change liners.
• Rest Rooms: Clean fixtures and chrome fittings. Clean and refill dispensers from stock. Clean and disinfect toilet seats and undersides. Spot wash walls, partitions and doors. Clean mirrors and polish hardware. Sweep and mop floors.
• Lunch Rooms: Clean and scrub counter tops. Wash appliances, coffee pots, tea pots, microwaves, etc. Clean refrigerator as needed. Sweep and mop floors.

  Wash drinking fountains. Dust and/or sweep stairs, landings and handrails. Dust or vacuum air grills. Vacuum carpeted areas (upon request)
